TCP, market data and Xiro Connect
Take prices from a TCP stream, a market data feed with one API key, or another XiroLink bridge over Xiro Connect, and how each one signs in.
Besides FIX 4.4 LPs, XiroLink takes prices from three other kinds of maker. Add any of them under Makers, then What connects?

Every maker has a Name, an optional Description and Reconnect every, the seconds to wait before trying again after a drop (default 10).
TCP makers

After connecting, XiroLink signs in with one line of JSON:

Market data feeds
A Feed maker streams prices from a market data plan with one API key, without an LP contract. It suits pricing B-book, demo and challenge servers, or adding crypto next to your FX.

One feed maker covers every market in your plan. Each symbol is routed to the market of its security: crypto symbols to Crypto, stocks to Stocks, everything else to Forex. Market only matters for a symbol with no security. Symbol changes are picked up within 15 seconds.
Add symbols from the library with the feed as Price it from, and the library shows exactly what the feed can stream. Feed makers carry prices only.
Xiro Connect
Xiro Connect links two XiroLink bridges, so one LP or market data connection can price several brands, each with its own spreads.
On the bridge that sends prices:
- Add a taker of the kind Xiro Connect.
- Allow the receiving bridge's fixed IP on it.
- Open the taker's Xiro Connect section and Copy its Share key.
On the bridge that receives prices:
- Add a maker of the kind Xiro Connect.
- Enter the sending bridge's Bridge address and paste the Share key. The port is found automatically.
Each connection needs both the share key and an allowed fixed IP. New key on the sending bridge replaces the key and disconnects every bridge still using the old one.
When shared symbols are added on the receiving bridge, its own makers stay first and the shared prices are added as the next priority. To have them take over when your own LP stops, set those symbols' price source to Priority with failover when stale. See Price sources and failover.
Links set up from the XiroLink portal are checked every minute and repaired automatically.
