How is XiroLink priced?
XiroLink offers three tiers: Starter at $500/mo (2 Makers, 2 Takers, basic aggregation), Professional at $1,500/mo (unlimited connections, full aggregation, markup profiles, hot config), and Enterprise with custom pricing for large operations with SLA and custom integration needs.
What does "Maker" and "Taker" mean in the pricing?
A Maker is a Liquidity Provider connection (via FIX API). A Taker is a Trading Platform connection (via TCP, WebSocket, or FIX). Starter allows 2 of each; Professional and Enterprise allow unlimited connections.
What's included in every plan?
All plans include the core bridge engine, 3-layer symbol mapping (Maker to Universal to Taker), real-time monitoring dashboard, price aggregation, and email alerts. Professional adds markup profiles, hot configuration, automated backups, and FIX taker protocol support.
How does deployment work?
XiroLink is deployed on your infrastructure or a cloud server of your choice. You provide the server and we handle deployment, configuration, and ongoing updates. The bridge connects to your LPs via FIX and distributes prices to your trading platforms via TCP, WebSocket, or FIX.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your existing Maker/Taker configurations, symbol mappings, and settings are preserved during the upgrade. Contact sales and we will handle the transition.
Is there per-account or per-user pricing?
No. All plans are flat-rate. Whether your trading platforms serve 100 or 100,000 end clients, the bridge pricing stays the same. You pay per bridge instance, not per trading account.
What protocols are supported?
Maker side: FIX 4.4 for all LP connections. Taker side: TCP and WebSocket on all plans; FIX taker protocol on Professional and Enterprise. Each Taker can use a different protocol simultaneously.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. Request a demo to see XiroLink running with sample LP feeds. We can also set up a trial instance connected to a demo LP environment so you can evaluate the bridge with your own symbol configuration.
What about infrastructure costs?
Infrastructure costs (cloud server, database, storage) are billed separately by your hosting provider, not by XiroLink. A typical deployment runs on a single VPS or dedicated server.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards via Stripe, bank transfer, and invoice billing (NET-30/60) for Enterprise customers.
