Protect your book from flow that trades your prices
Latency and arbitrage traders look for weak points in your feed. XiroLink removes the obvious ones: stale quotes, bad ticks and slow switching between LPs.
Toxic flow starts with a weak price feed
When an LP stops quoting but stays logged in, your platform keeps showing its last price. When one LP sends a spike, it can reach every client. Traders watching faster feeds notice and trade on it, and the loss lands on your book. XiroLink is not a trade surveillance tool and does not classify clients. It makes your prices harder to pick off and shows you which LPs cause trouble.
How it works
Set staleness thresholds
Decide how old a price can be before it stops counting as fresh. Old prices are never sent as new ones.
Choose how each symbol is priced
One maker, the best bid and ask across makers, or priority with failover that switches as soon as a feed goes stale and back when it recovers.
Filter what each platform receives
Turn on the spike filter, tick boost or a delay per taker symbol, and give each platform its own markup profile.
Measure your LPs
LP comparison shows best price share, tightest spread and availability per provider, live or over 30 days. The silent feed watchdog flags an LP that stops quoting.
Staleness thresholds
An old price is never sent as fresh, so a quiet LP cannot leave a frozen quote on your platform.
Priority with failover
Your first-choice LP prices the symbol until it goes stale. The bridge then uses the next one and switches back when the first recovers.
Silent feed watchdog
Catches an LP that stays logged in but stops quoting. Alerts go to email, Telegram, Slack, Teams or a signed webhook.
LP comparison
Samples every shared symbol each second and reports who had the best bid and ask, the tightest spread and the best availability. Export as CSV.
Exposure by symbol
Risk accounts value open positions at live prices and show net exposure per symbol, so you can see where risk is building.
Frequently asked questions
Does XiroLink detect toxic traders?
No. XiroLink does not analyse client trading, so it does not classify traders. It handles the price side: stale quotes, spikes and failover. Pair it with the trade analysis in your platform or back office.
What is a stale price and why does it matter?
A price that has stopped updating while the market moves on. A client with a faster feed can trade against it with little risk. Staleness thresholds stop an old price going out as fresh.
What happens when an LP stops quoting?
In priority mode the bridge moves to the next LP as soon as the first goes stale, and switches back when it recovers. The silent feed watchdog and your alerts tell the team.
Does XiroLink route or reject orders?
No. XiroLink distributes prices to your platforms. Orders are handled by your trading platform and execution setup.
