Pricing
- How is it priced, and is there a volume fee?XiroLink:Flat monthly plans: Standard $799, Professional $1,499, Enterprise $2,499. No volume fees.
- What does growing cost?XiroLink:Extra LPs and modules are $200 a month each. Enterprise is unlimited.
Connectivity
- How do liquidity providers connect?XiroLink:FIX 4.4, TCP or a market data feed (forex, metals and crypto), each with its own session, reconnect and silent-feed watchdog.
- Does it work with Centroid?XiroLink:Yes, both ways, following Centroid's FIX 4.4 specifications.
- Can several bridges share one LP connection?XiroLink:Yes. Xiro Connect shares prices between your bridges with a share key and fixed IPs.
- Does it route orders, or distribute prices?XiroLink:XiroLink distributes prices. Orders stay with your platform and the execution setup you already have.
- How do my platforms connect?XiroLink:FIX, TCP or WebSocket, and MetaTrader 4 and 5 datafeed plugins.
Pricing engine
- How are prices from several LPs combined?XiroLink:Per symbol: one maker, best bid and ask, or priority with automatic failover.
- Can each platform get its own spreads?XiroLink:Yes. Markup profiles per taker with default points, three one-click multipliers, spread minimum and maximum, and a guard that never sends a crossed quote.
- Can I create synthetic instruments?XiroLink:Formula symbols and eleven families of generated indices, included from Professional.
Risk
- Can I keep books for coverage and house accounts?XiroLink:Yes. Ledger, live P&L, growth, drawdown and exposure, included from Professional.
Operations
- Can I change configuration without a restart?XiroLink:Yes. Changes apply live, and single connections restart on their own.
- How will I know when something breaks?XiroLink:A dashboard of what needs attention, stale price alerts per symbol, and alerts by email, Telegram, Slack or Teams and webhooks.
Security
- How is access secured and audited?XiroLink:Two-factor sign-in, admin and viewer roles, IP blocking and an audit log of every change.
Service
- Who hosts it, and is there an SLA?XiroLink:We host it, each broker on its own server with a fixed IP. Enterprise adds the region of your choice, its own subdomain and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
