Moving to MT5, or running both?
New brokers usually start on MetaTrader 5, and many established brokers run MT4 and MT5 side by side. Add an MT5 taker to the same bridge and both servers price from the same LPs, so you can move clients across in your own time. See the MT5 liquidity bridge.
What about execution?
XiroLink sends prices to MetaTrader. It does not route orders, so trades stay with your MT4 server and the execution setup you already have. Risk accounts keep books for your coverage accounts at each LP.

What is an MT4 liquidity bridge?

Can I run MT4 and MT5 on the same bridge?
Yes. Each MT4 and MT5 server is its own taker on the same XiroLink bridge, priced from the same LPs, with its own symbol names and markups.
Does XiroLink route MT4 orders to LPs?
No. XiroLink sends prices to MT4. Trades stay with your MT4 server and the execution setup you already have, and XiroLink risk accounts can keep books for your coverage accounts at each LP.
Which liquidity providers can I connect to MT4?
Any LP that offers FIX 4.4 or TCP, plus built-in forex, metals and crypto market data. XiroLink also works with Centroid, following Centroid's FIX 4.4 specifications.
How much does an MT4 bridge cost?
Flat monthly plans: Standard $799, Professional $1,499 and Enterprise $2,499, with no volume fees. The MetaTrader datafeeds are included; setup and onboarding is $500 once, free on annual plans and Enterprise.
Should I move from MT4 to MT5?
Many brokers still run MT4 for clients who prefer it, while new brokers usually start on MT5. With XiroLink you can run both from the same LPs and move clients across in your own time, without changing your LP connections.
